SARAH WILD

When Sarah was a girl her father took her on tour with his surf-rock band. She grew up hanging out in backstages of clubs and venues all around Europe. Not only through this first touring experience Sarah was always surrounded by music. She learned saxophone and piano supported by her grandmother who is music teacher and a trainer for classical singing. All her youth Sarah played in bands and was part of several jazz projects. Also her passion for electronic dance music developed at this time.

Sarah was born and raised in Jena, a former east-German city who became popular for its delicate scene of electronic music. She quickly became part of it as a dancer and also started her first professional projects as a saxophone player for Djs. Through her strong passion for electronic dance music she moved to Berlin, one of the most important cities for clubbing in the world. In 2016 she started her Solo Project “Sarah Wild” and became very quickly a sought - after artist with frequent shows at some of the most important festivals in Germany, the Netherlands and Poland like Fusion Festival, Garbicz Festival, Into The Woods Festival, Feel Festival, About You Pangea Festival, Summer Contrasts Festival, Lago Lago Festival and many others. She is regularly playing in some of the most famous clubs in Berlin: Watergate, Kater Blau,
Sisyphos and Renate.

Thanks to her unbreakable ambition and her strong performances she has already made it to stages all over Europe, Central America and South America. As a Dj and Producer, Sarah is strongly affected by classical Disco and Italo music and has influenced the Berlin and Dutch Club scene with her fresh and very unique definition of electronic dance music. Her energetic sets oscillate between acid basslines and piano elements and she has already released on some well recognized house labels like Permanent Vacations and Feines Tier while working on her own label “Midnight Operators”.

Sarah's sound is always transporting an uplifting, groovy and pushy version of electronic dance music. Just a very few artists are able to catch the crowd in such a natural way and to define a genre which is completely her own.
